One day, a rancher named Mr. Ricacho came to the farm.
He wore an elegant suit. He liked people to know he was rich.
Tia Lucrecia invited Mr. Ricacho into the house.
He walked in and told tia Lucrecia that he wanted to buy the farm.
He wanted to build a fertilizer plant where the farm was.
He said that the farmers needed a fertilizer plant near the fields.
People could get jobs at the fertilizer plant. The plant would be good for everybody.
