Soon the two bird rescue officers arrived.
They introduced themselves as Meagan and Jose.
"Hello. I'm Mrs. Cooper, and this is Amy, the school's bird expert," Mrs. Cooper explained.
"Amy thinks the bird is a Swainson's hawk."
"Well, Amy," said Jose, "you're absolutely right."
"I must get back to the office," Mrs. Cooper said.
"Would it be okay if Amy stayed to watch?"
"That would be great," Meagan said. "Amy can be our assistant."
