It was another hot summer night.
Zeke could not get to sleep.
"It's too hot in here," Zeke called from his bed.
Mom and Dad came in.
Dad handed him a new book.
"Why not read for a bit?
This book might help you feel cool," said Mom.
"Thanks. Good night," said Zeke.
Zeke read about snowstorms and snowflakes.
But the pages that really grabbed him were all about snow sculptures.
After a little while, Zeke fell asleep.
Suddenly Zeke felt very cold.
It was the middle of summer, but he was standing in the middle of a maze made of snow!
Zeke picked a path and soon came to the end of the maze.
"Cool!" he said.
