It made him instantly invisible. "Too bad you sit in this cave while the sun shines on the rest of the mountain," said the troll. "But that is your choice. You will marry me, or here you will stay forever." He laughed. "I have no intention of ever marrying you!" cried Lily defiantly. "And maybe I will not feed you today!"

"And maybe I will not feed you today!" cried the angry troll.He stomped toward the opening of the cave and disappeared.
Francis took his sister's arm. Though she could not see him, she could hear him whisper."Sister! I will get you out of here. You must trust me.I will come up with a plan. For now, you must keep the troll from getting too angry.Go and tell him that you have changed your mind.Tell him that you will marry him in three days."
